제11장 벌칙

제 136조(벌칙) 벌칙 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처하거나 이를 병과할 수 있다.<개정 2011. 12. 2.>

1. 저작재산권, 그 밖에 이 법에 따라 보호되는 재산권 권리(제93조에 따른 권리는 제외한다)를 복제, 공연, 공중송신, 전시, 배포, 대여, 2차적저작물 작성의 방법으로 침해한 자

Chapter 11 Penalty.

Clause 136(Penalty).   A person who comes under the below Article is able to face under 5 years in jail or be fined under KRW50,000,000 or face both penalties simultaneously. (02-Dec-2011 amendment)

Article 1.   A person who infringes the intellectual property or other property rights that are protected by under Intellectual property law (Excepting the rights protected by Clause 93) with illegal ways such as unauthorized duplication, performing, transmitting, displaying, rental, distribution and derivative work.
